Private Lessons follow social distancing protocol.
All Lessons Include: Range balls before, during, and after your lesson, golf clubs to use during your lesson if necessary.
Whether you are a complete beginner, or someone who plays occasionally and is looking to improve your consistency and scoring average, our Professional Golf Instructors are dedicated to helping you improve, and reach your goals.
We offer both group and private, one-on-one golf instruction. In our group classes, we maintain a low student to teacher ratio, to ensure that each student gets the personalized attention they need.
Daniel was an accomplished junior golfer. His biggest honor was playing in the 2007 First Tee Open at Pebble Beach where he finished in the top 10. He then became the Santa Rosa Junior College Team Captain 2008-2009. He made the Big 8 All Conference Team as well as the All Nor Cal Team in 2009. He went on to play for San Jose State in 2010-2012.

Brooks has been with McInnis for the last ten years and is our newly appointed Director of Operations. Born in New York but raised in San Rafael he became an accomplished junior golfer whose playing days ended early after two wrist surgeries. His love of the game brought him to join as a PGA Associate working towards his class A. Brooks works with all ages and levels of players, he is a Callaway Certified Master Club Fitter, and Certified FlightScope Professional utilizing the Xi Tour.

A class "A" member of the PGA of America, Bruce was born and raised in Carnoustie, Scotland, home of the 2007 British Open, within a prominent golfing family. His father Alex is featured in the landmark golf instruction book, "The Search for the Perfect Swing" and his great grand father was head pro at Cruden Bay Links, Scotland, in the late 1800‘s.
After becoming a class "A" member with the British PGA in 1977 he became head pro at Golf De St. Laurent in France before moving back to his homeland to become an instructor at Gleneagles Hotel and Golf Club. Bruce arrived in the U.S. in 1983, becoming the fifth Wilmott to teach on this side of the Atlantic. He has worked with some of the nation’s top instructors, including Hank Haney, and credits Hank as being his biggest teaching influence. Formerly Director of Instruction for California Golf Schools, Bruce has been with McInnis Park since it opened in 1993.
Nick has been working in the golf industry since 2004 while attending college at UC Davis. After graduating, he worked at Peacock Gap Golf Course managing the pro shop for a few years before deciding to enter the Professional Golf Management Program at Arizona State University. While in Arizona, he enriched his golf skills and knowledge working as an Assistant Golf Professional at Phoenix Country Club. Upon returning to the Bay Area in 2012, Nick has set up and managed the aquatics program at Meadow Club and has since devoted his time to teaching at McInnis Park Golf Center.

Want to learn how to play golf by actually playing the game on the course? Operation 36 classes offer a different path to learning the game by focusing on breaking a score of 36 for 9 holes from designated distances. For example division one is from 25 yards, division two is from 50 yards, division 3 is from 100 yards and so forth. We offer seasonal classes for men, women, and juniors. There will also be 4 competitive Match days throughout each season. Get started by downloading the Op 36 app today!

Birdie Bunch Ladies 2022
This has been a really popular class for ladies that want to improve their games while also connecting with other women passionate about playing golf. Our instructors will teach the swing, short game, and other aspects within the game to help you succeed. Limited space is available and classes are on Rain or shine with our covered driving range.
